Mabuk gerak, yang juga dikenal sebagai kinetosis dan mabuk perjalanan, adalah sebuah kondisi dimana ketidakenakan terjadi antara gerakan yang diraih secara visual dan esensi gerak sistem vestibular. Tergantung pada sebab, kondisi tersebut juga disebut sebagai mabuk laut, mabuk kendaraan, mabuk simulasi atau mabuk udara.[1]

Kondisi tak stabil, keletihan, dan mual adalah gejala paling umum dari mabuk gerak.[2][3] Sindrom Sopite, dimana orang merasa keletihan atau capek, juga dikaitkan dengan mabuk gerak. "Nausea" (bahasa Indonesia: Mual) dalam bahasa Yunani artinya mabuk laut (naus artinya kapal).[4][5] Jika gerak yang menyebabkan mual tidak ditangani, penderita biasanya akan muntah. Muntah sering kali tidak akan membuat rasa sadar dan mual, yang artinya orang akan tetap muntah sampai sebab mual terobati.
