Miðhéruð Englands

Miðhéruð Englands eða bara Miðhéruð (enska: Midlands) er svæði í Englandi sambærilegt við konungsríkið Mersíu. Það á landmæri að Suður-Englandi, Norður-Englandi, Austur-Anglíu og Wales. Stærsta borgin á svæðinu er Birmingham sem var mikilvæg borg í iðnbyltingunni á 18. og 19. öldum. Stjórnsýslulega skiptist svæðið í tvennt: Austur-Miðhéruð (e. East Midlands) og Vestur-Miðhéruð (e. West Midlands). Samt sem áður eru hlutar hefðbundna svæðisins í öðrum sýslum: Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Peterborough (Austur-Englandi), Oxfordshire (Suðaustur-Englandi), Gloucestershire (Suðvestur-Englandi) og Norður-Lincolnshire (Yorkshire og Humber).
