막 횡단 단백질 분해 효소, 세린 6 또는 매트립테이스-2(Transmembrane protease, serine 6 또는 matriptase-2)는 인간에서 TMPRSS6 유전자에 의해 암호화되는 효소이다.^[5]

이 유전자에 의해 암호화된 단백질은 세포 표면에 부착된 것으로 발견되는 II 형 막 횡단 세린 단백질 분해 효소이다. 암호화된 단백질은 간에서의 매트릭스 리모델링 과정에 관여 할 수 있다.^[5]
