Gembala, Penggembala, atau Bootes atau Boötes (Boo) ialah sebuah buruj di langit utara, terletak di antara keserongan 0° dengan +60°, dan 13 dengan 16 jam jarak hamal pada sfera samawi. Namanya datang daripada Βοώτης, Boōtēs, dalam bahasa Yunani bererti gembala atau pembajak (secara harfiah, "penggiring lembu"; daripada boos, berkaitan dengan bovis bahasa Latin, "lembu"). meaning herdsman or plowman (literally, ox-driver; from boos, related to the Latin bovis, “cow”). "ö" dalam namanya ialah diaeresis, bukan umlaut, iaitu setiap 'o' disebut secara berasingan.

Sebagai salah sebuah daripada 48 buah buruj yang diperihalkan oleh ahli astronomi abad ke-2, Ptolemy, Boötes kini merupakan salah sebuah daripada 88 buah buruj moden. Buruj ini mengandungi bintang keempat paling cerah di langit malam, Arcturus yang berwarna jingga. Boötes kini menempatkan banyak bintang cerah lain, termasuk lapan buah bintang yang mengatasi magnitud keempat dan 21 buah bintang lagi yang mengatasi magnitud kelima, menjadikan jumlahnya 29 buah bintang yang mudah dilihat dengan mata kasar.
