Neuilly-sur-Seine (French pronunciation: [nøji syʁ sɛn] (audio speaker iconlisten)), known as Neuilly, is a commune in the department of Hauts-de-Seine in France. It is west of Paris.

The city hosts many foreign headquarters and embassies. It is the richest and most expensive suburb of Paris.[2][3]

Together with the 16th and 7th arrondissement of Paris, the town of Neuilly-sur-Seine forms the richest residential area in the whole of France.[4]
