Silkworm (missile)

The Silkworm missile was the NATO reporting name for these kinds of Chinese anti-ship missiles:

• Shang You or SY-series
• Hai Ying or HY-series
• Fei Long or FL-series

These missiles were the Chinese version of the Soviet P-15 Termit missile. They used hot launch mechanism for launching the missile from ships.
