This tag is an inline alternative to the {Weasel} tag placed at the top of an article.
This tag will categorise tagged articles into Category:Articles with weasel words.
Note that for "readers and editors seeking to improve" text, this tag "may be less informative than {Who}, {Which} and {By whom}" (WP:WEASEL).
Usage
A date may be appended using:
{Weasel inline|{subst:DATE}
or just copy:
{Weasel inline|date=February 2025}
To highlight a particular portion of text, enclose it in the |text= parameter:
