Choline_transporter-like_protein_1
Mammalian protein found in Homo sapiens
Choline transporter-like protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SLC44A1 gene .[ 5] [ 6] [ 7]
Papillary glioneuronal tumors characteristically exhibit a gene fusion between SLC44A1 and PRKCA .[ 8] [ 9] [ 10] Loss of function mutations have been implicated in ethanolamine transport. [ 11]
