സപുഷ്പികളിൽപ്പെടുന്ന ഒരു സസ്യകുടുംബമാണ് ടെക്കോഫൈല്ലേസീ (Tecophilaeaceae). ഈ സസ്യകുടുംബം ഏകബീജപത്ര സസ്യങ്ങളിലെ അസ്പരാഗേൽസ് നിരയിലാണ് ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നത്.[1] സസ്യകുടുംബത്തിൽ 9 ജീനസ്സുകളിലായി ഏകദേശം 27 സ്പീഷിസുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുന്നു.[2]
ഈ അടുത്തകാലത്താണ് ടാക്സോണമിസ്റ്റുകൾ ഈ സസ്യകുടുംബത്തെ അംഗീകരിച്ചത്. ആഫ്രിക്ക, തെക്കേ അമേരിക്ക, വടക്കേ അമേരിക്കയുടെ പടിഞ്ഞാറു ഭാഗം എന്നിവിടങ്ങളിലെ ഉഷ്ണ-മിതശീതോഷ്ണ മേഖലകളിൽ ഈ കുടുംബത്തിലെ സസ്യങ്ങൾ കാണപ്പെടാറുണ്ട്.
