Kōtō
Kōtō (江東区, Kōtō-ku) is one of the 23 special wards of Tokyo, Japan. The population was 498,109 in 2015.[1]
On 15 March 1947, the ward of Kōtō was formed by combining the wards of Fukagawa and Jōtō.[2]
