ติ่งเนื้อเมือกจมูก หรือ ริดสีดวงจมูก (อังกฤษ: nasal polyp) เป็นเนื้องอกไม่ร้ายชนิดหนึ่งที่เกิดขึ้นบนผิวเยื่อบุภายในจมูกหรือโพรงอากาศข้างจมูก (ไซนัส)[1] ผู้ป่วยอาจมีอาการคัดจมูก หายใจยาก จมูกไม่ได้กลิ่น สูญเสียการรับรส มีน้ำมูกหยดหลังโพรงจมูก และมีน้ำมูกไหล[1] เนื้องอกจะมีลักษณะคล้ายถุงย้อย ขยับได้ ไม่มีอาการเจ็บบริเวณติ่งเนื้อ แต่ผู้ป่วยอาจมีอาการเจ็บบริเวณใบหน้าได้[1] มักเป็นในโพรงจมูกทั้งสองข้าง[1] ภาวะแทรกซ้อนที่อาจเกิดขึ้นได้ เช่น โพรงอากาสอักเสบ และจมูกบาน[2]
