โรค X (อังกฤษ: Disease X) เป็นชื่อสมมติของโรคสมมติที่องค์การอนามัยโลกกำหนดขึ้นเมื่อเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. 2561 เพื่อเป็นส่วนหนึ่งในรายชื่อพิมพ์เขียวสำหรับโรคที่สำคัญ ใช้ระบุถึงโรคสมมติที่ยังไม่มีใครรู้จักที่จะทำให้เกิดการระบาดในอนาคต[4][5] องค์การอนามัยโลกใช้ชื่อสมมตินี้เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการวางแผนรับมือโรคระบาดจะมีความยืดหยุ่นมากพอที่จะรับมือกับเชื้อก่อโรคที่ยังไม่เคยรู้จักได้[4][6]
