خط ناحیه متروی لندن (انگلیسی: District line) یکی از خط‌های متروی لندن است.

این خط که در سال ۱۸۶۸ راه‌اندازی شده دارای ۶۰ ایستگاه و ۶۴ کیلومتر طول می‌باشد. ایستگاه آپمینستر شرقی‌ترین، ایستگاه ویمبلدون جنوبی‌ترین، ایستگاه اجور رود شمالی‌ترین و ایستگاه ایلینگ برادوی و ایستگاه ریچموند غربی‌ترین ایستگاه‌های این خط هستند.
